This is not a light moisturizing salve. It is a concentrated botanical blend, formulated with intention by a trained herbalist, for the moments when your body wants more than a gentle touch.
Eden is built on a rich herb infusion: plantain leaf, wild lettuce, burdock root, nettle, and calendula flowers, slow-infused in sunflower and olive oils over time — not extracted in hours. Beeswax gives it a dense, gripping consistency that stays where you put it. A touch of rosemary essential oil adds a clean, herbal scent that signals your body something different is happening.
This is what "extra strength" means here: more herbs, a longer infusion, a richer base. Not a proprietary lab process. A handcrafted one.
Massage a small amount into the area that needs attention. Work it in slowly for 3 to 5 minutes. Use it after physical activity, as part of your evening routine, or any time your body is asking for something to pay attention to it.
Available in 30mL, 60mL, and 160mL. Start with the 30mL if you're new to it. Move to the 160mL when you don't want to run out.

Because our products are handcrafted, color, scent, texture, consistency, shape, and appearance may vary slightly from batch to batch. These natural variations are normal and do not necessarily affect the quality of the product.
Fresh & Handcrafted
Many products are prepared fresh or in small batches rather than mass-produced. Some items may require additional preparation, drying, curing, infusing, or processing time before they are ready to ship.

Ingredients & Allergies
Always review the complete ingredient list before using a product. Do not use a product if you are allergic or sensitive to any of its ingredients.
For topical products, we recommend performing a small patch test before first use, particularly if you have sensitive skin. Discontinue use if irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs.

Thank you for shopping with It Really Works SSHS LLC. Because many of our products are handcrafted, personal-care, herbal, bath and body, cosmetic, or ingestible products, we maintain strict return standards for the health and safety of our customers.
Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
Products are eligible for return only if they are unopened, unused, and in their original condition and original packaging.
Once a product has been opened, used, unsealed, or otherwise altered from its original condition, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
This policy applies to our products including, but not limited to:
Soaps
Salves and herbal oils
Lotions and creams
Bath bombs and bath soaks
Facial and body-care products
Herbal tinctures
Herbal teas and blends
Sea moss products
Herbal wellness products
Other bath, body, botanical, and personal-care products
For health, safety, and sanitation reasons, there are no exceptions for opened or used products, except where a refund, replacement, or other remedy is required by applicable law.
Return Requests
If you wish to return an eligible unopened and unused product, you must contact It Really Works SSHS LLC within 7 days of delivery to request authorization.
Please provide your:
Order number, name, product you wish to return, and reason for requesting the return.
Do not send a product back without receiving return authorization and return instructions from us first.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
Condition of Returned Products
To qualify for a return, the product must:
Be completely unopened and unused.
Have all original seals intact, when applicable.
Be in its original packaging.
Be in resalable condition.
Be returned according to the instructions provided by It Really Works SSHS LLC.
We reserve the right to inspect returned merchandise before approving a refund.
If a returned product has been opened, used, damaged after delivery, tampered with, or otherwise does not meet the conditions of this policy, the return may be denied, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Refunds
Once an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the eligible purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.
Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable, unless the return resulted from an error by It Really Works SSHS LLC or a refund of those charges is otherwise required by applicable law.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is necessary because of an error by It Really Works SSHS LLC, customers are responsible for the cost of returning eligible merchandise.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning a product. It Really Works SSHS LLC is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged while being transported back to us.
Please do not return products to an address found on an old invoice, website, package, or other document. Contact us first for current return instructions.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, contains an incorrect product, or is missing an item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product and packaging when applicable.
These situations will be reviewed separately from a standard return. Depending on the circumstances, an eligible claim may result in a replacement, refund, exchange, or other appropriate resolution.
Please keep the affected product and its original packaging until we have completed our review.
Handcrafted Product Variations
Many of our products are handcrafted in small batches. Natural variations in color, scent, texture, consistency, shape, or appearance may occur between batches.
These natural variations do not necessarily indicate that a product is damaged or defective and, by themselves, do not qualify an opened product for a return or refund.

Thank you for shopping with It Really Works SSHS LLC. Many of our products are handcrafted, freshly prepared, or made in small batches. We take care in preparing and packaging each order, and we appreciate your patience while your products are being prepared for shipment.
Order Processing
Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment, especially for products that are made fresh, handcrafted, or prepared specifically for your order.
Processing time begins after your order and payment have been successfully received. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Because many of our products are handcrafted, some orders may require additional preparation, drying, curing, or production time.
If an item requires a processing period longer than our standard 3–7 business days, we will make reasonable efforts to identify the extended processing time in the product description or contact you regarding your order.
Freshly Made Products
Some It Really Works SSHS LLC products are prepared fresh or handcrafted in small batches. These may include, but are not limited to:
Soaps
Salves and herbal oils
Lotions and creams
Bath bombs and bath soaks
Herbal tinctures
Herbal tea blends

Other handcrafted bath, body, and wellness products
Freshly produced cold-process soaps may require approximately 4–6 weeks of curing before they are ready for shipment when finished inventory is unavailable.
Freshly prepared herbal tinctures may require approximately 6–8 weeks of extraction time when finished inventory is unavailable.
When these extended preparation times apply, customers will be informed when reasonably possible.
Shipping
Processing time and shipping time are separate. The estimated shipping/transit time begins only after your order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.
Available shipping methods and applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout. Shipping charges are based on factors such as the destination, package information, and selected shipping method.
Once your order has shipped, available tracking information will be provided to the email address associated with your order.
Delivery dates provided by a shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed by It Really Works SSHS LLC.
Shipping Delays
Occasionally, orders may experience delays due to circumstances outside our control, including:
Holidays or unusually high order volume
Severe weather
Carrier delays
Transportation disruptions
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Tracking Your Order
When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your package has been shipped.
Please allow time for the shipping carrier to scan and update tracking information after receiving your package.
Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, tracking updates and delivery progress are subject to the carrier's systems and procedures.
Lost, Stolen or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check the delivery area, mailbox, household members, and neighbors when appropriate.
You should also contact the shipping carrier regarding the delivery.
You may contact It Really Works SSHS LLC for assistance with available tracking information or the carrier's claim process.
We cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages that the shipping carrier confirms were successfully delivered and that are subsequently lost or stolen, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Packages Returned to Sender
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, unsuccessful delivery, refusal of delivery, or failure to retrieve the package from the carrier, additional shipping charges may be required before the order can be shipped again.
Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable in these circumstances, except where required by applicable law.
We will contact you if your package is returned to us and additional information or payment is required.
Damaged During Shipping
We take care when preparing and packaging orders for shipment. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
Your order number, a description of the damage, clear photographs of the damaged product, and photographs of the shipping packaging.
Please keep the damaged product and all original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
