Your Personalized Herbal Wellness Experience
1. What We’ll Talk About
We’ll discuss your wellness goals, lifestyle and daily routines, current herbs and supplements, nutrition and self-care habits, and areas where you would like additional wellness education.
2. What to Expect
Begin by completing a wellness intake form. During your 60-minute consultation, we’ll review your information, discuss your goals, and explore educational herbal and wellness options that may complement your routine. You can then decide which practices feel appropriate for you.
3. Before Your Consultation
Please have a current list of medications, supplements, herbs, allergies, and relevant health information available. Having this information helps support a more informed conversation, particularly when discussing herbs and potential interactions.
4. Follow-Up Consultations
Existing clients may schedule a 30-minute follow-up for $45 to ask questions, discuss how their wellness routine is progressing, and review previously discussed educational guidance.

Herbal Wellness Consultations
Personalized Herbal Guidance for Your Wellness Journey
What Is an Herbal Wellness Consultation?
An herbal wellness consultation is a one-on-one conversation designed to help you better understand how traditional herbal practices and everyday wellness habits may fit into your lifestyle. During your session, we’ll discuss your current routines, wellness interests, personal goals, and any areas where you are looking for additional support.
Rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach, your consultation focuses on education, thoughtful discussion, and practical options you can consider as you build a wellness routine that works for you.
